Nielsen To Acquire Bowker Business Intelligence and Commerce Solutions

NielsenProQuest affiliate R.R. Bowker, a bibliographic information provider, last week signed a definitive agreement to sell its Bowker Business Intelligence and Commerce Solutions products to global information company Nielsen.
